Level Seven Architecture & Construction is an architecture firm based in Banani, Dhaka, providing full-scope architectural design services across Bangladesh. We design residential homes, duplex and triplex villas, commercial buildings, and mixed-use developments, with every drawing prepared to meet RAJUK's DAP: 2022–2035 requirements.
Our architectural design package is built to take a project from an empty plot to a construction-ready drawing set. This includes:
Site analysis and land-use assessment
Area statement covering Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and site coverage
Floor plans for every level of the building
Building sections and structural coordination
Front, side, and rear elevations

Because our process is online-first- consultations, design review, and approvals can all move forward remotely.
