Designing a G+8 apartment building outside Dhaka

Bogura is outside RAJUK’s area, so a building like this follows the local authority’s approval process rather than the Dhaka rules. The design questions are the same as in Dhaka, though: how much floor area the plot allows, how many flats fit on each floor, where the stair, lift and parking go, and how every flat gets daylight and cross ventilation.
