What makes a meeting room work?
A good meeting room keeps attention on the conversation: a table sized to the room with space to move around it, even lighting without glare on screens, clear sightlines to the display, and acoustics that keep voices from echoing. Minimal decoration and hidden cabling keep the room calm and professional.
