What makes a family kitchen in Dhaka work?
A kitchen that is used for daily family cooking needs clear counter space on both sides of the stove, storage within reach of where each task happens, and finishes that handle heat, oil and humidity. In most Dhaka apartments the position of the gas line and plumbing decides the layout, so the redesign starts there.
